General terms and conditions for Forever My AB (hereinafter referred to as Forever My AB, corporate identity number 559147-9737) products and services.
Generally
Orders are received via forevigtmin.se, but also via e-mail. In order for you to feel secure in your purchase, you are always welcome to contact our customer service at support@forevigtmin.se if you have questions about your order.
After ordering from forevigtmin.se, the communication regarding your order will take place via e-mail. Therefore, it is important that you enter a correct email address.
Forever my AB reserves the right to final sales, delays, technical problems and incorrect item information. Forever my AB reserves the right to change prices without prior notice. In addition, we reserve the right to cancel an order if there are special reasons.
LifeLamp® is design and form protected with full protection in 27 countries. The certificate is issued by the European Union Intellectual Property Office. You can read more about the protection here (pdf).
Customer registration
To access our web services, you must first register as a user. Personal information provided to Forever My AB is handled with great confidentiality. Your personal information is protected and will never be disclosed to third parties.
Once you have registered your username and password, you must accept our general terms and conditions by clicking in the box “I accept terms and guarantees”. Then you can start using our services.
As a user, you must provide Forever My AB with your correct identity and you do not have the right to use the web service anonymously or under an incorrect identity. Furthermore, each user has the right to register as a user only once.
On “My account” you can always see your personal information. There you can also change your personal information and choose whether you want offers or not. Temporary or permanent change of address must be changed immediately on “My Account” to ensure delivery without delay. Change of address should always be made before re-ordering to ensure delivery to the correct address.
Prices and payment
To be able to order from Forever my AB, you must be 18 years old. In collaboration with Klarna, we offer invoice payment, partial payment, credit card payment and direct payment.
Our invoices are sent out via email in connection with the order being sent from us. The invoice has a due date of 14 days. Invoices to companies are sent by post to the specified invoice address and have a 30-day due date. The prices of our products are stated in Swedish kronor including VAT. VAT is 25%. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
The price that was relevant at the time of ordering is what applies regardless of whether the price goes up or down afterwards.
At checkout you can see the total price including VAT and any shipping costs. At the checkout you will also find complete shipping and payment terms.
Offer codes
Forever my AB offer codes can be used for purchases via forevigtmin.se. Offer codes cannot be combined unless otherwise stated. Forever my AB does not take responsibility for incorrectly used code after the completion of the purchase. Offers and discount codes in SMS mailings, mailings via e-mail or other form of communication, can only be used on forevigtmin.se, once per customer and can not be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise stated. Any shipping will be added.
Deliveries
We try to process all orders within 10 minutes after placing the order and send the same day as the order is placed. In individual cases, however, the order may take a little longer depending on unforeseen events. We reserve the right to delay deliveries.
Delay and partial delivery
We do our best to deliver as soon as possible, but sometimes delays can unfortunately occur. We therefore do not guarantee delivery until a certain day and always reserve ourselves for delays. If a product cannot be delivered on time, we will send you an email with information. If we suffer from delays, it is usually not many days.
Cancellation
As we try to process all incoming orders within 10 minutes, it may be that your product you ordered is already in production. But if you would like to cancel your order, you can email us at support@forevigtmin.se and we will see what we can do.
Right of withdrawal and return
Since LifeSign and other customer-unique products in our range are produced as unique, personal images, you have no right of withdrawal or cancellation right on your order. These conditions are supported by the Act on Distance Contracts and agreements outside business premises (2005: 59) 4 § 1 p and the Consumer Services Act (1985: 716) 42 §.
In the case of LifeLamp, private customers are covered by the Distance Contracts Act and are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days after you have received the product. Returned goods must be unused and in their original packaging. When exercising the right of withdrawal / open purchase, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
For uncollected letters or packages, we charge a fee that is currently SEK 189 for the costs of our administration, shipping, return shipping and handling. Unredeemed packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Complaint
Since all products in our range are produced as unique, personal images, you have no right of withdrawal or cancellation on your order, these conditions are supported by the Act on Distance Contracts and agreements outside business premises (2005: 59) 4 § 1 p and the Consumer Services Act (1985: 716) 42 §. It is not possible to send your shipment to an address other than the one specified when you confirmed your order. We can not change the address afterwards or forward the package to a third party or to any other country.
In the event of a return, we will make a refund to you on the return postage within 14 days after we have received the notification of complaint / return. We will reimburse you for the expenses incurred in connection with the return, provided that the cost is reasonable. In order for expenses to be reimbursed, these must be proven by you as a customer through a receipt or equivalent documentation. We only accept returns of the products returned in original packaging. However, always contact customer service before you return anything and they will inform you about how to proceed and to which address the package should be sent.
Only original defects are covered by the right of complaint, the right of complaint does not include defects caused by normal wear and tear. Complaints to Forever my AB must be made within a reasonable time after the error is discovered, but no later than within three years. Forever my AB reserves the right to remedy the error in the first instance, in the second instance re-delivery of the goods and ultimately repurchase.

Uploading and storing images in electronic form
The images are stored for no special fee for 90 days, after which the images are deleted. Images uploaded to forevigtmin.se can not be uploaded to the user’s computer / tablet / mobile phone. You need to save backups of your digital image files yourself.
As a user, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the uploaded image does not violate law, morals or ethics. You are also responsible for ensuring that the uploaded image does not infringe on the copyright or other rights of anyone. Should you upload an image that causes liability for damages to be directed at Forever My AB, you as a user must alone take on all litigation and damages liability.
Forever my AB takes no responsibility for material stored on the website. You are not entitled to compensation if stored material on the website is lost or damaged.
Terms of use
Forever my AB reserves the right to make changes to these terms. Each time you use our service, you undertake to comply with the applicable terms.
