How to upload your own image to LifeSign?

Upload the image you want to use by pressing the “select image” button, located just above the buy button, when you are inside the product and then select the desired image.

When the image has been uploaded correctly, you will see a small thumbnail of the image you have chosen to upload. If you want to change the image, you can do so by clicking on “select image” again and then select the image you want instead.

If you want to change the image after you put the product in the shopping cart, you first need to remove the product from your shopping cart and then upload the image and click on buy again.

I want to order two exactly the same LifeSigns. How do I?

Then just increase the number when ordering. Either at the shopping cart or inside the product. However, if you want a different image or a different foot on the other, you need to upload your new image (or the same image) inside the product that has the foot you want.

I can not put LifeSign in my shopping cart, what's wrong?

To be able to add a LifeSign to your shopping cart, you first need to upload the image you want to use. If you have not uploaded an image, it is not possible to add the item to the shopping cart.

Can you only shop through your e-commerce?

No, you can also email or chat with us and we will guide you right among the products you wish to order.

Can you change or delete your order?

As we try to process all incoming orders within 10 minutes, it may be that your product you ordered is already in production. But email us at support@forevigtmin.se and we will see what we can do.

Can LifeSign be returned?

As each LifeSign product is unique, it becomes difficult to advertise your product through just one regret purchase. If, on the other hand, the product has, for some reason, broken, it is good to open a support case and then explain what happened and we will make sure to help you. How do you photograph your ultrasound image to get the best results?

Put your ultrasound image on the wall in a bright room with a small piece of tape and then photograph it straight from the front. Remember to include the entire image. Better that you get some information around the ultrasound image. We will cut it off later in the edit so it will be completely black.

Try to get as little glitter as possible. Therefore you should take pictures of your picture in a bright room without flash on the camera.

You do not have to worry if you feel unsure whether it turned out well or not. Because if we see that the end result will not be what we expect, we will contact you before we start production. So we will help you create a great product out of the best you have. Or the finest you’ve had.

I can not photograph my ultrasound image, can you help me?

Of course! We are happy to do that. Send your ultrasound image by post to Forever my AB, Gamla Rådstugugatan 1B, SE-60224, Norrköping and we will help you. Do not forget to enter your contact information such as first and last name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.

Are you treating my ultrasound image so that it turns out to be black without a white frame?

Yes we do! Your ultrasound image will retain its details, but without the white frame and completely black out.

What sizes is LifeSign available in?

LifeSign is available in one size. The total dimensions of the product are W18xH21xD5 cm. The board is 5 mm thick and measures 15 × 20 cm.

By what method do you print my picture?

We use cutting-edge technology by applying your image using UV print. It is an exclusive method that creates a very high reproduction of the motif.

What sizes is LifeLamp available in?

LifeLamp is available in 3 different sizes; small, medium and large.
Small is D15xH22xW14 cm, Medium is D17xH26xW18 cm, Large is D22xH30xW22 cm.

How long is the cable for LifeLamp?

The cable is 2 m long and is a braided white fabric cable.

How long is the cable for LifeSign?
